Dear RCY Volunteers:

Greetings!

The Nueva Ecija Red Cross – Youth Department organized the 4th Red Cross Youth Friendship Day on November 17, 2007 from 8:00AM to 5:00PM to be held at the Dona Asuncion G. Romulo Memorial Hall, NEUST, Cabanatuan City with the theme: “Red Cross Youth: Think Big, Soar High, Get Involved.”

This annual activity aims to promote the 4th major objective of the Red Cross Youth which is National/International Friendship, Understanding and Education for Peace. Furthermore it serves to build effective and competitive core volunteers of RCY through the development of the members’ talents and skills. It also would like to promote stronger camaraderie, friendship and team work among RCY Councils in the Chapter.

A PhP60.00 shall be charged to each participant to cover expenses on meals, contest materials and other related expenses.

In this light, we strongly encourage your Council to send a minimum of 30 delegates to participate in the contests and activities. Attached herewith are the contest guidelines, program of activities and entry forms. Please forward to the Nueva Ecija Red Cross Chapter the entry forms and registration fees on or before November 15, 2007.
